The Open Science MOOC passes 300 participants and hands out first certificates

Today the Open Science MOOC hit 300 enrolled participants for the pilot module on open source and open research software. We’ve also started handing out the first certificates, which is a fantastic achievement for the community. Congratulations to everyone involved – this is a great start to the project!

Don’t forget that you can help out be joining them, helping to share the word, and making sure you’re engaged on our open Slack and GitHub groups.

We expect to roll out the next module too over the next few weeks, so stay tuned!
